Phase 3 - Construct

Overview

This phase begins with mobilisation and site establishment, followed by structured execution supported by robust governance: regular progress and stakeholder meetings, proactive programme management (including 4‑week lookaheads), rigorous quality assurance and commissioning planning.

Commercial controls run in parallel through valuations, payment certification and variation management. Information management remains tightly governed through live RFI/issue tracking and formal site instructions. Sustainability and compliance requirements (e.g., permits, BREEAM/CCS, social value) are embedded throughout delivery.
